The Senate Appropriations Committee has NOT yet released guidance on the FY27 appropriations process. As such, there is NO guarantee that earmark requests will be included in the final funding bills. There is also NO guarantee that earmark requests will be accepted in the same accounts as for FY26.

The deadline to submit Fiscal Year 2027 (FY27) Congressionally Directed Spending (CDS) and Programmatic Appropriations Requests to Senator Warnock is March 2, 2026, at 5:00PM Eastern Time (EST).

Please use this form to submit your CDS request(s) for Fiscal Year 2027 (FY27) by March 2, 2026, at 5:00PM Eastern Time (EST). Programmatic requests WILL NOT be accepted if submitted via this form.

CDS request submissions will only be accepted through the online portal. However, you may download a copy of Senator Warnock’s CDS form for planning purposes here: LINK.

We highly recommend using the CDS form copy to prepare your submission as you WILL NOT be able to save your progress as you complete the online application.
